The organiser of the giveaway “Birthday Giveaway” (hereinafter: the giveaway) is Indy Beauty d.o.o., Slomškova cesta 4, 2250 Ptuj, Slovenia (hereinafter: the organiser).
The giveaway runs from 9 February 2026 until 15 February 2026 at 11:30 PM (CET) inclusive.
The giveaway is conducted on the social media platform Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.
Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a sponsor of the giveaway and is in no way connected with its organisation or execution.
The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the Indy Beauty brand and increase followers of the organiser’s Instagram profile.
2. Eligibility for Participation
The giveaway is open to all female and male Instagram users who meet all of the following conditions:
- are registered Instagram users,
- are at least 18 years old,
- are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia with permanent residence in Slovenia,
- accept these Terms and Conditions and Instagram’s rules of use.
A purchase from the organiser is not a condition for participation.
Employees of the organiser involved in the execution of the giveaway may not participate.
Legal entities are not eligible to participate.
By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they are familiar with these rules and accept them in full.
3. How to Participate
To participate, an Instagram user must complete the following steps under the giveaway post published on 9 February 2026 on the profile @indybeauty_si:
- follow the profile @indybeauty_si
- leave a comment under the post stating:
- which product they like most, and
- which product they would like to see added to the Indy Beauty range.
4. Rules and Winner Selection
After the giveaway ends, the organiser will prepare a final list of all participants who meet the participation requirements.
The winners will be selected electronically on 17 February 2026 at 12:00 PM at the organiser’s headquarters, in the presence of a commission.

The organiser reserves the right to permanently exclude any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or the rules of the giveaway.

Winner Notification
Winners will be announced in a comment under the giveaway post on Instagram.
Winners must send their personal details (full name and address) via private message to the Indy Beauty Instagram profile within 3 days of the announcement.
The organiser will send the prize within 3 business days of receiving all required information.
If a winner does not provide the requested information within the specified deadline, it will be considered that they have declined the prize. In such case, the organiser may choose another winner or decide not to award the prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted. The right to a prize is non-transferable.
Participants agree that, in the event of winning, the organiser may publish their first name and surname on the Indy Beauty Instagram profile.
6. Liability of the Organiser
The organiser accepts no responsibility for:
- malfunction of the Indy Beauty Instagram profile or related consequences,
- technical issues, power outages or network failures,
- any consequences suffered by participants as a result of participation,
- any consequences arising from the use of prizes.
7. Income Tax
In accordance with the Income Tax Act (ZDoh-2), prizes may be subject to taxation.
The organiser undertakes to pay any required advance income tax on behalf of the winners in accordance with applicable legislation.
Winners receive the prize in net value.
The organiser will fulfil all obligations towards the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS).
8. Personal Data Protection
The organiser will process and protect personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including GDPR and relevant Slovenian data protection laws.
By participating, participants allow the organiser to process personal data (first name, surname or Instagram username) obtained through Instagram solely for the purposes of:
- organising the giveaway
- contacting winners
- announcing winners
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfilment or by law.
9. Final Provisions
By participating in the giveaway, participants are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated through posts on the Indy Beauty Instagram profile.
In the event of disputes, the competent court shall be the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
