Return
Return the product within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
💡 Important Information
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Personalised products (such as engraved items) and opened products are excluded from the right of withdrawal where applicable.
