Right of Return

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

👉 How to exercise your right of return:

Notification: Send us a written notification of withdrawal via email to info@indybeauty.si
Return: Return the product within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notification.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund your purchase amount.

💡 Important notes:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

The product must be unopened and in perfect condition.

Personalized products with engraving or opened products are not included in the right of withdrawal.
