Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Using the included link, you can check the current delivery status at any time. If you can’t find the email, please also check your spam folder.

You can change your order if it has not yet been handed over to the delivery service. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@indybeauty.si and our team will be happy to help.

We completely understand – we change our minds sometimes too! Unfortunately, due to our automated fulfilment process, it is not possible to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. As soon as an order is received, it is automatically forwarded to our warehouse and processing begins immediately. We hope to offer a cancellation option within a certain time frame in the future.

Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all details to your email address. You should receive it within a few minutes of your purchase.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder, as it may have ended up there.

Payment through our online store is completely secure. We use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal and payment information by encrypting data during transmission.

Our website is regularly updated to comply with the latest security standards and provide maximum protection. In addition, we work with trusted global payment providers such as PayPal and Shopify to ensure safe transaction processing.

Our store is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform, known for its strong security infrastructure.

All of these measures create a safe shopping environment, so you can place your order with complete confidence.

Of course, companies can order from us without any problem! During checkout, simply enter your company name in the relevant field. The rest of the ordering process remains the same.

If you require an R1 invoice, please include your company VAT number in the company name field, separated by a space or in brackets.

Example: My Company d.o.o. (VAT SI123456789)

We understand it can be disappointing to miss a discount. We always do our best to clearly communicate the start and end dates of our promotions so our customers have the opportunity to shop at reduced prices.

Unfortunately, once a promotion has ended, we are no longer able to offer the discounted price.

To make sure you don’t miss future offers, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. That way, you’ll be among the first to hear about upcoming promotions, current discounts and other special offers.

Delivery

We ship to all European Union countries, except Sweden.

Shipping costs €3.99. Orders over €50 qualify for free delivery.

We ship parcels with GLS. Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 1–2 business days, while delivery to other European Union countries takes 3–8 business days (depending on the destination country).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. For the latest updates on your parcel, please visit the official GLS tracking page.

Returns

The customer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the product (by email to info@indybeauty.si) that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reason for their decision. The withdrawal must be clear and unambiguous.

The only cost borne by the customer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods (charged according to the courier’s price list).

The product, together with the completed withdrawal form, must be returned no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice was sent to the following address:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any items you are not completely satisfied with. Returned products must be in their original condition – unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, where applicable.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Please note:

  • If multiple payment methods were used, the refund will be divided proportionally.
  • If payment was made with a gift voucher, the refund will be returned to the same voucher.
  • Refunds may not appear immediately, so we kindly ask for your patience while processing is completed.
