Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the current delivery status at any time using the provided link. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder as well.
You can change your order if it has not yet been picked up by the delivery service. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@indybeauty.si, and our team will be happy to help you.
We totally get you – sometimes we change our minds too! Unfortunately, due to our automated shipping process, it's not possible to modify or cancel orders once they've been placed.
As soon as an order is accepted, it's automatically forwarded to our warehouse and processed immediately. We hope to be able to offer a cancellation option within a specific timeframe in the future.
Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation with details to your email address. You should receive this confirmation within a few minutes of your purchase. If you don't see it in your inbox, please also check your spam folder, as it may have ended up there. Payment through our online store is completely secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which protects your personal and payment information by encrypting it during transfer.
Our website is regularly updated to always comply with the latest security standards and provide maximum protection. In addition, we cooperate with the most reliable global payment service providers – PayPal and Shopify – to ensure secure transaction processing.
Our store is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform, which is known for its strong security infrastructure. All these measures enable a secure shopping environment, so you can make your purchase with complete confidence.
Of course, companies can order from us without any problems! During the ordering process, you can enter the name of your company in the appropriate field. The remaining ordering procedures remain unchanged. If you need an R1 invoice, enter the company's VAT number in the field for the company name – separated by a space or in parentheses. Example: My Company d.o.o. (VAT SI123456789).
Please note that prices for orders within the European Union still include VAT. We currently do not offer VAT-free purchases for business users, but you can claim the VAT back later through the regular accounting process.

We understand that missing a discount can be disappointing. We do our best to clearly communicate the start and end dates of our promotions so that our customers have the opportunity to take advantage of reduced prices.
Unfortunately, once a promotion ends, we can no longer offer products at a reduced price. To ensure you don't miss any future promotions, we recommend subscribing to our e-newsletters. This way, you'll always be among the first to know about upcoming and current discounts and other special offers. With our e-newsletters, you'll be able to plan your purchases more easily and take advantage of our discounts in a timely manner.

Delivery
We deliver to all European Union countries, except Sweden.
Delivery cost is €3.99.
Above €50, delivery is free.
Packages are shipped via GLS delivery service. Delivery time within Slovenia is 1-2 business days, and to other European Union countries is 3-8 business days (depending on the individual country).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your shipment.

Refunds
The buyer has the right to notify the seller (e-mail: info@indybeauty.si) of the withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason for their decision. The withdrawal must be clear and unambiguous.
The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service). The product, together with the completed withdrawal form, must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of sending the notification of withdrawal to the following address:

You have 14 days from receiving the product to return items you are not completely satisfied with. Returned products must be in their original condition – unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You can find more information in our complaints and returns policy.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or by bank transfer. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. If you still haven't received your refund after this period, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Note: If multiple payment options were used, the amount will be refunded proportionally. In case of payment with a gift voucher, the amount will be refunded to the same card. The refund may not be immediately visible, so please be patient until the processing is complete.
