Privacy and personal data (GDPR)

PERSONAL DATA

INDYBEAUTY stores personal data of visitors or customers only when they make a purchase in the online store.

When making a purchase, the customer enters their first name, last name, email address, phone number, residential address, and delivery address.

The data collected in this way is used exclusively for business operations – package delivery, order notifications, contacting in case of stock changes, accounting, etc. We do not use phone numbers for direct marketing purposes (e.g., promotional SMS messages).

We share your delivery information with GLS or another courier service that will deliver your package. We also share the customer's phone number with the courier service, as GLS sends SMS messages regarding package delivery.

We process your data entered during purchase or your purchase history only for the needs and analysis of INDYBEAUTY's online store operations and do not pass it on to third parties.

INDYBEAUTY does not possess, collect, or store so-called sensitive personal data about you.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you pay for your order with a credit card, INDYBEAUTY does not store or have access to your credit card number.

Card and payer information (name, surname, address) is transferred via a secure connection to our credit card payment providers, Paypal or Stripe.

This is necessary for processing and executing the payment. They are also bound by GDPR provisions.

SUBSCRIPTION TO E-MAIL NEWS AND OTHER E-MAIL COMMUNICATION

When you subscribe to e-news, we only store your email address, first name, and last name. INDYBEAUTY supports explicit consent for subscribing to our news, so after subscribing, you always receive an email asking for your confirmation – i.e., agreeing to subscribe to the news.

If you also check the option to subscribe to news when placing an online order, we may occasionally send you news related to the INDYBEAUTY online store to the email address entered during the purchase.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in such an email. We share your email, if you subscribe to news, with our email system provider (Klaviyo or MailChimp, which are subject to all GDPR provisions protecting your data), which enables us to send online mail and other e-communications.

You can request to be removed from our newsletter recipient list at any time – by clicking on the link in the email, by replying to the email, or by sending us a new email to info@indybeauty.si

We also dislike unwanted mail, so we strive not to send letters to email recipients who do not wish to receive them.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you want INDYBEAUTY to delete all your personal data (if we have any, of course), please send us an email to info@indybeauty.si. Your purchase history (all your past orders and all related data) and your email in our email system will be deleted.

We do not store other data about you (credit cards, PayPal accounts, etc.) or cannot identify you from them (browsing the website, etc.).
