Privacy and Personal Data (GDPR)

PERSONAL DATA

INDYBEAUTY stores the personal data of visitors and customers only when a purchase is made through our online store.

When placing an order, the customer provides their first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address.

The data collected in this way is used exclusively for the purposes of operating our business, including:

  • processing and delivering orders
  • sending order confirmations and notifications
  • contacting customers regarding stock changes or order updates
  • accounting and legal obligations

We do not use phone numbers for direct marketing purposes, such as promotional SMS messages.

We share your delivery details with GLS or another courier service responsible for delivering your package. Your phone number may also be shared with the courier service so they can send SMS notifications regarding delivery.

We process the personal data provided during purchase, as well as purchase history, solely for the operational needs and internal analysis of the INDYBEAUTY online store. We do not share this data with unrelated third parties.

INDYBEAUTY does not collect, process, or store any special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data).

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you choose to pay by credit card, INDYBEAUTY does not store and does not have access to your credit card number.

Cardholder and billing details (name, surname, and address) are securely transmitted via an encrypted connection to our payment providers, PayPal or Stripe.

This is necessary for processing and completing the payment transaction. Both providers are also required to comply with GDPR regulations.

SUBSCRIPTION TO NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER EMAIL COMMUNICATION

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store only your email address, first name, and last name.

INDYBEAUTY uses explicit consent for newsletter subscriptions. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to verify your subscription.

If you choose to subscribe during checkout, we may occasionally send updates, offers, and news related to the INDYBEAUTY online store to the email address provided during your purchase.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email.

If you subscribe, your email address may be shared with our email service providers (Klaviyo or Mailchimp), which enable us to send newsletters and other email communications. These providers also comply with GDPR requirements.

You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time:

  • by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
  • by replying directly to the email
  • by sending a request to info@indybeauty.si

We also dislike unwanted emails and always strive to send messages only to those who genuinely wish to receive them.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you would like INDYBEAUTY to delete all personal data we hold about you (if any), please contact us at info@indybeauty.si.

We will delete:

  • your purchase history (past orders and related information)
  • your email address from our mailing systems

We do not store other sensitive payment data such as credit card details or PayPal login information.
